Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only in specific cases. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos as proof.
Refunds will not be granted for buyer’s remorse, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or shipping delays caused by the carrier.
